 At this time Jessica Liebeskind Make-Up Artistry, LLC. (“JESSICA LIEBESKIND”) is able to accept orders being shipped to U.S. destinations. Orders placed through this website or by telephone are shipped and delivered on business days Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays. JESSICA LIEBESKIND has partnered with the United States Postal Service and ships all products Priority Mail. The average delivery time for the USPS is between 1-3 business days to every address within the 50 United States. JESSICA LIEBESKIND is not responsible for late delivery by the USPS.  Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order notification. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. East Coast time on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. We do not process orders on major holidays. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes will be sent USPS Priority Mail and it is up to the Customer Center to advise of receipt of merchandise. We regret to inform you that we can not ship packages to Military APO/FPO addresses. Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.  Once an order has been placed into our system, it begins to process immediately. Therefore we are unable to cancel orders that have already been placed.  JESSICA LIEBESKIND charges flat rate shipping and handling fee of $8.50 per destination. Group shipments and/or orders that exceed the allowable volume for a small flat rate box will be subject to an alternative shipping fee. Please note: For your security your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria. JESSICA LIEBESKIND’S policies regarding privacy and security are set forth in SECURITY.  JESSICA LIEBESKIND charges sales tax for the merchandise ordered on this Website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.  You will be charged for your order at the time of credit card authorization. You will only be billed for items that are available and in-stock as well as all applicable tax and shipping charges.  Once a shipping label has been created for your purchase, tracking information for your order will be issued by email from service@paypal.com. Should you not receive this notification in your inbox please check your spam folder or contact shipping@jessicaliebeskind.com for details. PayPal account holders may also track their order by logging onto PayPal – clicking History – Locating Transactions – Details. Tracking information will be available at the Details page.  Should any of the items you receive arrive in a damaged condition, please contact damages@jessicaliebeskind.com immediately upon receipt. JESSICA LIEBESKIND will provide you with further instructions as to the return, refund, or replacement of the damaged product(s). JESSICA LIEBESKIND will be liable for only the cost you paid for the damaged item(s). We regret to advise that we can not accommodate un-reported damages that have been received for longer than 10 days.  We’re sorry, but JESSICA LIEBESKIND does not accept returned orders, refunds, or exchanges.
